I try to maintain a healthy lifestyle but sometimes I don't eat so healthy. I don't eat much red meat at all but I do snack often on Doritos and Goldfish. :) I do love to eat my daily apple & banana. I try to drink more water than diet soda. I love to try to be frugal by matching sales with coupons of items that I'd like to purchase. Thank you so much for the chance to win this wonderful giveaway!!

I'm not frugal… or at least frugal enough.
But I I do like to re-use or repurpose things though. I love finding new uses for everything from old coffee cans to making "yarn" from old t-shirts for knitting.

Lots of tips could be shared, but a simple one my mom gave me about eating a well balanced meals to make it look like a rainbow. If you are eating a lot of colors of fruits and veggies every day, you are probably getting all variety of vitamins and minerals you need.

As for the frugal part, I find that shopping every other week really helps me keep under my grocery budget. :)

Healthy and frugal lifestyle? Well…healthy…breakfast is the most important meal of the day…then I follow with a large lunch, and a bite sized dinner. Salads with protein on top are great. Running and/or some sort of exercise for at least 30 minutes a day…no smoking, no drinking, and LOTS of laughter! Frugal lifestyle? Coupon clipping…giveaways…shopping in discount stores…

I do my best to drink water, water, water. It makes me less hungry and flushes my system.

We're on the run a lot too, and I've found I'm just as satisfied if I order a kids meal as I am if I buy a full size meal.

Lots of veggies, lots of walking and lots of water. I still enjoy my sweets and treats, sometimes too much. One frugal tip is to always ask for a "rain check" if a store doesn't have an adverised sale item in stock the day you're there. Most supermarkets offer them and you'll ususally have 90 days in which to find the item and be able to get it at the sale price.

Healthy Tip: I try to have fresh fruits and vegetables cut up and ready to snack on. I also invested in some of this very yummy yougurt this week. My husband brought it home for me since he knew how hard I have been working on eating healthy. A frugal tip, we prepare our meals at home and strive not to go out to eat.
